We are always happy to give costs for projects. Unlike other agencies, we don't work to a rigid rate card system. Most clients wouldn't expect their field companies to use exactly the same questionnaire for each project, irrespective of the subject so, to us, it doesn't seem logical always to use the same costing formula.
